Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we will gladly assist if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived significantly damaged
  • The item is substantially different from its description

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor box or packaging damage
  • Manufacturer paint variations
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Pre-Owned & Collectible Items

Some products may be pre-owned, vintage, prize items, or limited-edition collectibles.

Minor wear, aging, or packaging imperfections may be present and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
